Steph Wells
Steph is an actor, writer, director and photographer in the final year of her Theatre Studies and Sociology degree at the University of Glasgow. Her interest is in maximising the social value of theatre for performer and audience, aiming through her work to enhance theatre’s ability to discuss taboos, question the social norms of today and bring people together emotionally and intellectually. Steph’s university career has seen her perform, write, direct and photograph dozens of student theatre shows and projects. She served as a board member for Student Theatre at Glasgow and GU Filmmaking Societies, and her photography business, ‘Snaps by Steph,’ (@_snapsbysteph_) goes from strength to strength, providing a professional service for fellow students and local industry creatives alike.

Her other theatre work includes frequent short-term roles at Smash Arts Theatre Company in Hertfordshire and show promotion at the annual Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Her other written work includes contribution to student newspaper QMUnicate.
