She oversees cross-platform communications – from press releases and public statements to social media campaigns and media partnerships – working to raise the profile of both the company and its writers. With a background in strategic public relations, securing coverage in outlets such as The Guardian, TIME, Bloomberg, and The Independent, she ensures your work reaches the audiences that matter most.

Rachel also forms part of the Commissioning Committee in her role as Associate Editor. This involves being part of the selection and editorial process, along with providing detailed feedback.
