Jessica Oguntade

Jessica manages all People Operations functions, including onboarding, company administration, team structuring, contributor support, contract management, and compliance. With a background in Psychology and currently completing a Level 3 HR qualification, she brings a strong focus on organisational wellbeing and people-centred practices. Her experience working in People Operations at a global company equips her to build an inclusive and supportive culture, ensuring that both contributors and editors have the resources and guidance they need throughout the process.

Jessica also forms part of the Commissioning Committee in her role as Associate Editor. This involves being part of the selection and editorial process, along with providing detailed feedback.
